Menu Carving Set

Menu Carving Set... Simple in its looks, the Menu Carving Set is a model of creative, intelligent Scandinavian design. The tray is melamine; the cutting board is made of environmentally-friendly bamboo (which also has natural antibacterial properties). You can use the tray and board separately, of course...but, when combined, they're an excellent surface for slicing and serving meat. The board has a hole in the middle so that juices from the meat drain into the tray rather than onto your tablecloth.
